It is a medical center where they treat you very well, they have a wide variety of specialists and their staff is very friendly. They have set up a call center to answer the phone, which speeds up the summons. And the area is more accessible by car on Refugio 3 Street where they are now.

I couldn't be happier. The staff is lovely (at least the ones I've had) I especially mentioned Noelia, the ultrasound technician. Today he helped me a lot and cared about me as if I were one of his family. This clinic does not know what a gem it has, I hope they treat it as it deserves.

No one answers the phone, saying that you have to make an appointment through the usual channels? What channel is it ? if no one answers the phone, and there is no email???

The office has pleasantly surprised me, the girls at the reception are friendly and eager to help. Well-equipped waiting rooms. The consultations are spacious and well equipped with medical equipment, they are not like those in Jaén, for example, which are small and devoid of everything.

Yesterday was the first time I attended this center, I had an appointment at 9 with podiatry and the doctor did not show up, after 20 minutes waiting the only explanation I had from the receptionist was that there had been a misunderstanding, no. I know what misunderstanding there can be in a computerized appointment, totally, that I left the same as I arrived... He did not give me another appointment, nor another explanation, so I am very sorry that my assessment by the staff is terrible. A shame!
